Easy Seafood Salad
Ingredients
- 8 oz. crab meat (you can use imitation)
- 8 oz. canned salad shrimp
- 1 lemon, quartered
- ½ cup diced celery
- ¼ cup minced red onion
- ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried dill weed
Directions
- Drain shrimp and crab.
- Place shrimp, crab, celery, onion, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, salt, pepper, mayo, and dill in a bowl. Toss to combine.
- Serve on a roll, in a pita pocket, on lettuce, or any way you’d like!
